Bio
Kizzmett Pringle is a Detroit-born Afro-Indigenous artist-scholar whose journey moves at the intersection of ritual, neurodivergence, and performance. An MFA graduate of The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University, she blends authentic embodied research, spiritual practice, and sensory intelligence to pioneer her signature methodology: The Theatre of Spirit. Holding a Princess Grace Theatre Award and international training in Balinese Taksu, Indigenous plant-medicine traditions, and neurodivergent embodiment, Kizzmett creates work that transforms “otherness” into alchemy. Her mission: to reshape performance as a site of healing, access, and radical inclusion.
